Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following business day. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays.
 
Domestic Shipping (United States)
All domestic orders ship via USPS with tracking from North Carolina. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
 
Canadian Shipping
Canadian orders ship via USPS with tracking. Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on customs processing. Customs clearance times vary and are outside the control of WadesCoinShop. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
 
Australian and New Zealand Shipping
Australian and New Zealand orders ship via USPS with tracking. Estimated delivery is 10 to 21 business days from the date of shipment, depending on customs processing. Customs clearance times vary and are outside the control of WadesCoinShop. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Every coin and banknote is carefully packaged to prevent movement, bending, moisture, and impact during transit. Items are secured individually regardless of order size.

WadesCoinShop currently ships to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
 
Tracking
Tracking information is provided for every order and will be sent to the email address on file once the shipment is in transit.
 
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by USPS or arrives with visible transit damage, contact wadescoinshop@outlook.com with your order number and photographs if applicable. Lost and damaged shipments will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
